conviction — lens coming soon
Conviction tracking per idea: what would raise it, what would break it, and how sizing follows.
Part of thesis.gf.cx — content lands here soon.
Scaffolded · 2026-10-31Inherits cards.css + media.css from assets.gf.cx. Has a context-aware 404 for wrong turns. Pattern lifted from sandbox.gf.cx, the dogfood instance.
The four lenses
- moat — the quality lens: how wide and durable the competitive advantage is (the matrix’s x-axis).
- margin — the value lens: margin of safety, how far price sits below intrinsic value (the y-axis).
- quadrant — the matrix: every idea placed on quality × value; the target is high-quality & undervalued.
- conviction — weighting: how strongly each thesis is held, and how that shifts over time.
What's not here
- Anything not introduced above. Wrong turns land on the 404 page, which suggests where you might have meant to go.
Where to look instead
- home.gf.cx — Dan's personal operating system
- assets.gf.cx — toolkit primitives (cards, media, dropzone, …)
- sandbox.gf.cx — the canonical subdomain template
